Full tuition is due by the first day of class (unless other contracted payments have been arranged). Please refer to the tuition schedule for the amount that corresponds to the number of courses for which you have registered. We will send you a contract upon receipt of your registration form. We accept personal checks and credit cards.

Full-time students who pay full tuition by August 1, 2009 (entire 3 Quarter program), receive a 10% tuition discount (does not include supply fees).
Students who pay the entire term tuition prior to the first class receive a 5% tuition discount (does not include supply fees).
Monthly payments require 10 postdated checks or a credit card on file with posting date. Any returned checks will be re-deposited after 15 days and charged a $25 fee. Any declined credit card payments will be charged a $15 processing fee and reprocessed between 15-30 days after.
Withdrawal Policy
Below is our refund policy for early withdrawal from the Program for non-emergency reasons (consult the Student Handbook for terms).
Prior to 1st Week of Class: 100% of any tuition paid, less a $100 processing fee, net supply fees.
Prior to 2nd Week of Class: 80% of any tuition paid, less a $100 processing fee, net supply fees.
After 2nd Week of Class: No refunds.
Arcturus reserves the right to make changes in tuition, fees, policy and regulations subsequent to the publication of this material.
